2. May I ask what software do I need for the machine?
There's two software: one is machine control software, and the other is file preparation software.
Machine control software: We have been developing and innovating our own software since the very beginning, and the experience of the team can date back to the year 2003. The control software is one of the main core competencies, ensuring long term printing stability. Sure this is included in the price. And our team is continuously updating the software, and all future software updating will be free of charge.
File preparation software: Magics is needed for file preparation.

3. What is the major difference between different sizes?
Kings 3D has 12 models with printing sizes ranging from 300*350*350mm to 1700*800*600mm. Start from Kings 1200Pro, two lasers are adopted. The major difference is max printing size, so you can select the model according to your product size.

4. How are the warranty, maintenance, and after-sale issue?
Warranty: 2 years, including laser
Maintenance: Machine maintenance is simple: adding oil for recoater rail once a month, and cleaning the recoater once a week
Aftersale: Unlike some desktop machines, the industrial SLA 3D printer has a very high level of stability. In case there's an issue, if it's software, we have a quick responsive after-sale team, who can solve problems or update software with Team Viewer through remote control. If any replacement in hardware is needed, we'll send it soon by fastest express, and a video illustrating how to replace it. In worst cases, if on-site service is really needed, we'll send engineers from European partners or from China.

About working long hours?
The Kings machine can work 24hours a day and 7days a week, with no problem for working long hours. About 40% of the kings' customers are from prototyping companies or printing stores, and from the customer feedback, we know that their machines are working about 90% of the time.
The only thing you need to note is that the workshop should keep at the temperature (20~25sºC) and humidity rate (<40%) as suggested


6. What is the cost of 3d printing compared to CNC machining?
3D Printing has much better cost performance, by cutting greatly on labor cost. Below is labor fee saved compared to CNC (take Chinese salary level for instance):
1)  CNC needs an operator watching the machine, whereas the 3d printer needs no operator. One operator's salary is around 650usd per month, saving 650usd*12=78000usd
2)  CNC programming work needs at least 6-12 months' training and the salary of an experienced worker is 1500usd per month. But file preparation work for SLS 3d printing is very simple, which takes just one-week training. If you use the same workers for the programming worker, you only need half the time, saving half a labor: 750usd*12=9000usd
3)  post-processing is so much simple, saving one worker, maybe 500usd*12=6000usd
Labor cost saved in total per year: 78000+9000usd+6000usd =22800usd


7. Can I buy one machine and use it with two different kinds of resin, by changing resin from the tank? Or do you offer a replaceable tank machine?
A. The machine works well with all kinds of resin, and there's a faucet in the bottom of the tank for easy resin outflow. Therefore, theoretically, we can change resin from the tank to a new one. Yet practically it's not common to do so, mainly for two reasons:
One major reason is that for industrial SLA, with the top-down printing method, a full tank of resin needs to be invested. Take Kings 600Pro for instance, if you plan to print the second kind of resin, you have to invest in another 240kg new resin to fill in the tank first before printing.
The other reason is complicated labor work in changing resin and in cleaning work for the tank, recoater, plate, and etc.
B. As to replaceable tanks, we can offer it on a customization basis. Yet even with a replaceable tank, you will still need to clean the recoater and plate to avoid any contamination, esp. for clear resin. Therefore, the generally replaceable tank is not recommended for practical reasons, since the second tank is rarely used, and we can also help you print models with special resin before you get more regular orders for the new resin.
